Year 2 have been learning about the Great Fire of London this half term, and as part of our topic we have learned all about fire safety and how we could stay safe on Bonfire Night. 

Blackpool Fire Service visited and taught us all about the important job they do and explained the best ways to stay safe and what to do if we hear a fire alarm. 

They demonstrated what we need to do if our clothes caught on fire, and told us why we needed to STOP, DROP and ROLL! 

Now, we are confident that we know what to do in the event of a fire.
