Unity Academy hosted an extremely successful Open Day for prospective parents on Saturday 6th October 2018.
More than 500 visitors were greeted by Unity Staff and over 150 existing students, who gave up their Saturday to show off their Academy to the public.
Visitors had access to view the state-of-the-art Academy, including areas from both the primary and secondary phases. There were plenty of fantastic activities for visitors of all ages to take part in.
These included sporting challenges in the sports hall with the PE Dept, 3D printing a custom keyring in Design Tech and games of giant scrabble with the English team!
The Science department wowed children and adults alike with their show, 'A Science Spectacular' - where visitors had the chance to see incredible experiments every half an hour!
With both free food tasting and free refreshments, visitors filled not just their minds, but their bellies too!
