All of our phase 1 & 2 students took a break from their studies on Thursday, July 2nd 2015, to take part in our annual sports day event. The children competed in various events such as the classic egg and spoon and hopper races, as well as activities like javelin throwing, obstacle course relays and many more!
Here at Unity, we value working together with the community, parents, carers and families. This value could not have been displayed better by seeing families, staff and children all enjoying themselves, competing and succeeding, together as one. This, quite simply, demonstrated our motto "In Unity We Succeed".
Congratulations to all of our children that took part as well as our team winners.
We would like to say a big thank you to all parents and carers who attended and assisted in making it such a memorable day. A huge thank you also goes to all of our PE Department, form tutors and Phase 3 & 4 students in helping organise, set up and help run each event smoothly.
